Cityside Archives is a leading regional provider of records management and information services in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. Cityside occupies three separate state-of-the-art records centers. The facilities are protected by 24-hour closed-circuit camera monitoring and motion detectors (floors and ceilings). All sites are alarmed, have restricted access, magnetic locks and high density ESFR fire protection systems. For business continuity and disaster recovery purposes our records centers maintain redundant systems and back up servers with independent power supplies.

Our Web-based system enables you to search, report, process requests, and perform data entry right from your desktop. As a result, you enjoy inventory, account, and electronic billing information at your fingertips.

Cityside CityScan
Request a document or record via the Web. We'll scan it and post it on our secure Web site within minutes or email it directly to your desktop. For larger-scale projects, we can scan documents directly onto CDs.

Cityside Pickup and Delivery
Request files and schedule delivery. Ask for rush delivery, and we'll have the documents to your door within two hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). And you never have to worry because your documents will only be handled by Cityside employees and travel in our Cityside vehicles.
